Geotechnical Laboratory Manager (M/F)

Description

As part of the development of our geotechnical laboratory, we are looking for a Geotechnical Laboratory Manager to supervise testing activities, ensure the quality of results, and support technical teams in carrying out studies.

You will be responsible for organizing the laboratory, monitoring quality procedures, and coordinating testing operations on soils and materials.

Missions

Organize and supervise laboratory activities.
Plan geotechnical testing programs.
Control the compliance of analysis results.
Manage and supervise laboratory technicians.
Ensure the monitoring of equipment and technical resources.
Participate in the improvement of quality procedures.
Prepare and validate test reports.
Ensure technical communication with clients and project teams.

Profile

Engineering degree or higher education in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Laboratory Sciences.
3 to 5 years of experience in a geotechnical laboratory.
Good knowledge of soil identification tests and soil mechanics.
Proficiency in testing standards and procedures.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Analytical mindset and professional rigor.
Good writing skills.
B driving license preferred.
